• Fortune 100 Executive: My corporate journey includes leading global talent management and organizational effectiveness for 120,000 employees at a Fortune 100 company. I rounded out my corporate career managing customer/product support in a $14 billion aerospace division. These roles honed my strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, which I now apply to Simplify Adulting.
• Technology Experience: My career in aerospace and other technologies taught me about the rigors of innovation and the resilience needed to face challenges—qualities that perfectly align with the demands of adulthood today.
• Entrepreneurship: My entrepreneurial path has taught me the importance of mindset and adaptability in navigating new ventures and the need to develop frameworks to provide structure in a sea of uncertainty.

I've made my home in seven states and Shanghai, China. ~ I competed in the ProAm division at the Ohio Star Ball for ballroom dancing. The rumba is my favorite! ~I finished a 50-mile trail race in 2015... and ran it fast enough to get the belt buckle! ~ As a Fortune 100 executive, I needed two passports to accommodate my international travel schedule.  ~ A pink wig changed my life and led me to my first solopreneur adventure.  ~ I have a beautiful blended family, and I unapologetically put them first. ~ Close behind them are my dogs! I love dogs...they help me show up as a better human every day. ~ My friends are important to me and vital to my self-care plan. I aspire to be a great friend. ~ I believe kindness is strength; life is better when we flex that muscle. ~ My motto is, "Transformation doesn't start with changing who we are; it starts with knowing who we are."
